About:South Putuo Temple

Advice on route from Xiamen Tegoo Hotel to the temple and directly to airport.

I will be staying in XM Tegoo Hotel and my flight is 12 PM but i wish to visit South Putuo Temple before i fly off. Based on the info, the temple will open at 5.40 AM and i thought of check out from my hotel at 8 AM and go there. Please advice the best route for me to travel there from my hotel and from the temple to the international airport directly.

Appreciate your advice.

Looking forward for your advice as i will be in xiamen this saturday 12 April.

It is around 2.5km from your hotel to the temple, so you can take a taxi to get there easily! By bus, you can walk to Fuyou Baojianyuan bus stop to take bus no. 2 or 29 to get off at Xiada Xicun stop and then walk to the temple in a few minutes!

If your time is tight, you can take a taxi to the airport directly! By public transportation, you are advised to take bus no. 96, 857, 659 or 122 at Xiada Xicun station to local railway station, where transfer to shuttle bus to airport then!
