Visa application from Honduras

Good night I have to visit canton fair by May 29 I already have the airplane ticket and all the requirements except the application form. Once I have the application form filled and the rest of documents how do I sent the application (I live in Honduras) or is it necessary to travel to Costa Rica to make the appointment?
