1 day1 night in xitang - is it too boring

What can we see and do in XT.  We plan to stay for 1 full day from late morning till next day morning.  Will it be too boring.  If so, should we stay within that place.  Any recommended hotels or Inn.

No, it won't be boring to stay there. You can enjoy the local scenery, architecture and the native's life! At night, you can go to the bars to have fun!There are many small hostels in the town. For the budget one, I recommend the Desheng Hostel to u, which is located at No. 368, Hongfu Road! Besides, the Phoenix Hotel is also a good one and it costs CNY200 per night for a standard room!
