My friends and I are going to Hohhot next Thursday. We need to be in Beijing on Sunday night. Which city is better to visit Datong or Wudangzhao Monastery? Thank you!

I prefer Wudangzhao Monastery area. In my opinion, if you are interested in Tibetan Buddism, the Wudangzhao is the best place to go. If not, you can go to the Datong, where you can not only see the temple, you can also visit the Yungang Caves and Wooden Tower in Yingxian County.
