Can you tell me when I have my delivery?

My post tracking number is RC104177496CN. I have command at 16/03/2014 and I have also no delivery. How many time a must wait? Is this normaly?

Your parcel is still in Guangzhou. There is no sign that it will be leaving Guangzhou. It has been opened and dispatched two times. I think you should ask the sender what happened.
