Yes, there is and the scenery between Yangdi and Xingping is the best section of Li River Cruise. After getting off the ship at Xingping, you need to take a battery car or van or motorcycle to local bus station. There you can take a direct bus to YS. If you refer to the bus ticket reservation, no need to book in advance at all!
