About:China Postal Service

i ordered for a cell phone...and the seller has shipped my product on 28-mar-14..

i got a tracking number from the seller(EMS)...and today when i track it.. it says no info available..i contacted seller he said "your parcel was sent back by EMS as it contained battery. we will send it again" Should i be worried?? what if they again send back?? pls help any one

The sender must be very aware that battery can't be sent by air. You should contact him very often and ask him when it will be sent which courier he will use. According to my knowledge, almost all Chinese couriers do not allow to send battery by air.

sender reshipped my product today..he has given me this tracking number EX010300509SG. is it EMS tracking number??

The new tracking number is weird. China EMS tracking numbers usually end with CN. I search your new tracking number and got no result.

i contacted seller he said this is the new tracking number and asked me to wait for 2-3 days..(EX010300509SG) i don't know whats going on..

Yash, you need to confront with the sender if he sent your package via China Post. If he said yes, then he lied to you. China Post didn't have such tracking numbers. It's better to figure out how to get your money back.

yash don't worry you're safe,its EMS Singapore the last two letter SG stands for Singapore & EX is ems,check with singapore post or wait for a week & check ipsweb india

Yash I'm back with some result,I found the result for your Tracking details,i believe its still with the shipper,check with your seller & confront him with the tracking details

hello, i am going through the same issue. i have been trying to track foe 11 days (EE977297491CN) it says tracking has expired or something. please help. i call and they ask me to call 11183 which can't be called from the UK
