Hello,I'm having French passport and I need to go to china for only 1 day, can I apply VOA at Shenzhen?Thanks!!

Yes, it is possible. But you are advised to apply for it in advance if time permits. The border control will be strict and reluctant to issue VOA during trade Fair if any.
