post office delay because of quingming holiday?

hi i have over 15 parcels on order speed between location Foshan, shenzen, Hangzhou and Guangzhou, the problem is that from 29/30 march they stuck on "export from out office of change", is this because of quingming festival delay? i understand 1 parcel but all 15? please advise thanks
