Hello,

- I will be visiting SH from 1st to 3rd of May and i would like to go to SH Chengshan Botanic Garden, Is it worth a visit ? May should be the spring season, will i get to see flower blooming ? is the garden quite empty ? Compare to Singapore Garden by the Bay, which one is better ?

- How do I get to Old French Concession ? Nearest Metro Line ? Is Tian Zi Fang and Fuxing Park Nearby ?

- Recommended acrobatic show in SH? Methods of purchasing the ticket ?

Yes, the Chenshan Botanic Garden is worth a visit, but it is hard to ensure whether the flowers are still blooming then, because the best season to see the flowers is from mid. Mar. to late Apr. Therefore, if possible, I highly recommend you change your plan a little earlier!

As May 1-3 is the peak season (during Chinese May Day holiday), there may be many tourists in Chenshan. And comparatively, I prefer the Chenshan!

Only if you tell me your current location, I can give you the direction to old French Concession! Anyway, the nearest metro station is Dapuqiao of subway line 9! And both Tian Zi Fang and the Fuxing Park are within walking distance!

SH Circus World is recommended for the acrobatic show! It is located at 20C ZhongfangHuadong Building, No. 1138. Chang'an Rd! You can reserve the ticket at the official website of the circus world!

Thank you for your advise.

I would like to visit yuyuan garden first before going to old French Concession. Is it nearby ?
And how do i go there from yuyuan garden ?

Actually, it is 6-7km from the Yuyuan Garden! You can walk to Yuyuan metro station to use subway line 10 to get off at Xin Tian Di station and walk there within 1,200 meters.
