About:Visa Policy of China

can a married man enter china to see a 27 year old girl? how much does it cost to enter china for 3 Weeks? Do I need a medical report?

A medical report isn't required. You can apply for a L type from the CVASC branches in Canada. A single entry L costs 83.9 Canadian dollars.
