I need help tracking my order RC535713031CN

It has been showing with location CAN since 03/27, so does this mean it has been stuck in one airport in China for almost 2 weeks? Thanks!

I have the same problem. 11 parcels posted from this airport stuck on "Delivery to Airport" and doesn't move from 29/03/2014. I don't know what to do.

No, in fact that's the day the seller delivered to carrier but it is currently in "CAN" location. It has been that way since 03/27. I don't know what to do
