About:China Work Visa

Temporary work as a teacher for a non profit organization

A non-profit organization asked me to do training in PRC on a temporary base for maximum of 14 days each time with a max of 6 times a year, I don't get paid for it either. Question; what kind of visa do I need.

Thanks in advance
Walther
