How to get the safety ropes and carabiner to climb Mt. Hua?

Hi, I saw some people having ropes and carabiner, is there a way to get these over there ?

It is safe to climb the mountain if you do not go to some dangerous places that visitors or climber seldom went to.

Some people use the ropes and carabiner, because some sections are dangerours and they need some ropes to protect them. For most of the places, it is safe, so the ropes are not necessary. Please do not worry.
