Does anyone know if U.S. citizens can bring farm-raised (not wild) ginseng into Guangzhou?

If yes, is there a limit? Do we have to declare them? Thank you.

According to the lastest customs regulations, the fresh ginseng is forbidden to take into China, no matter it is farm-raised or wild!
