You can take the Night Shuttle Bus Line, which operates from 23:00 (T1), 23:05 (T2) till 45min after the arrival of the last flight, to get off at Zhejiang Middle Road (Yan'an Road, People's Square) stop. Then your hotel is around 3km away, so you can take a taxi to reach easily!
