About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

Change from work Z to tourist L visa

Hi, I am currently on a work Z in Shanghai, which will expire in a few months, but I want to stay in china for a few more months after my work finishes here for traveling purpose. Can I change my work Z to a tourist L within China?

You can go to the local entry and exit management department/bureau at least seven days in advance before your Z type expires. There you can file for your application for L type. Usually, you can gain a 30 day single entry one.
