Travel by train from Hung Hom Station to Guangzhou Station?

I have a valid china visa. I am arriving at Hong Kong airport. I wish to travel by train from Hung Hom railway station to Guangzhou by High Speed train. Do I have to apply for HK Visa or not? If yes, what will be requirements for HK Visa?
