Is dragon and dog compatible?

Dragon and dog are not compatible. They have many conflicts due to completely different personalities. Both are arrogant and wilful and aggressive. They have same goals but can't make their goals come true together because they are too stubborn. For the sake of a happy and harmonious marriage, they should change themselves to get used to each other.
