I've made the order on "aliexpress" in February, but I can't find any information. Order # 60908642941760, tracking # RC259023435CN. Maybe you can help me?

Marina, I am afraid that you might have been scammed. You can try to contact the seller and make sure if this is a real tracking number. If he/she doesn't reply to you, then you are surely scammed.
