Cashing traveller's checks at Shanghai Pudong

We will arrive at 20:00. Will there be a place at the airport where I can cash an American Express (CNY) traveler's check? I believe the Bank of China will be closed at that hour.

There are other currency exchanging service provided in the airport such as ICE and they are open 24 hours, so I think you can do in that place.
