package in customs.

Hello, my package with track and trace number CP287638307CN seems to stuck in customs for a week now. How long will this procedure take?

Thanks for your reply! I can not believe that customs need for more then a week to finnish. Is it possible that they forget to update the status?

yes it is possible has I have had a parcel likes this before and I received it in between 15-30 days later
