my parcel was ships from Beijing March 18 but still does not arrive in Italy. why? when arrives it ?

Arrival of a parcel to your location depends on many factors. It depends on the kind of China Post service was chosen. Usually it takes 7 – 20 working days for AIR and SAL mails, and 40 – 70 days for a surface mail. If there be any delay, it would be as long as 180 days.0
