About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

We are think of going to Hangzhou from Shanghai on the 4th of april, only arr on the 3rd of april.

We are thinking of getting the tickets upon arrival at one of the city train station. Can we purchase this ticket at the station like nanjing west (where our accom is situated) or people's square?

You'd better book the tickets in advance, since your time is during the Chinese Tomb Sweeping Day, the tickets will be in a great demand.
