Would you provide more information about Jijiacun? Which provide does it belong?
As I know, many provinces have villages are called Jijiacun. So I think I know more information about it.1

Dear Allan, thanks for your prompt reply. My question has proved redundant, however, as I misread the romanization "Tsi dsia tsun" for "Jijiacun" - it's "Qijiacun", and I've found it (in Shandong near Gaomi). Thanks again, Ursula0

I think I grasp your meaning. The Qijiacun is a village belongs to Gaomi City, right?
If so, you can take the direct public bus at 07:45 to reach Gaomi in about 5 hours. Then take local bus or hire one to take you to reach Qijiacun easily.0
