how long will it take time to deliver the parcel to me in Dubai.

My tracking No : RC168298205CN, I was ordered on 10th march 20 days gone so far,

Your parcel actually was collected on Mar. 18. It arrived in Shanghai on Mar. 23 but hasn't left Shanghai yet.
