How long will it take usually in practice to issue hong kong travel visa ?
I am citizen of Uzbekistan and student at Xiamen University , Fujian Province. I will be in Shenzhen April 14 -18 , and want to go to Hong Kong on April 16 and 17 , Guidebook of Immigration Department says that it will take normally 4 weeks upon the arrival of documents, My application and other documents are ready to send by air mail to Hong Kong . I want to send it on Monday . March 31
