About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

must the marriage also be registered in China in order to apply for a visa?

I would like to enquire if it is permissible to apply for application with legal Singapore marriage certificate as one of the spouse is a citizen of PRC.

Hi, you have to apply for authenticateion of your marriage certificate from Chinese embassy first. Then apply for family visit/reunion visa.
