Hi, you just need to finish the application form on computer then print it out, provide a passport sized photo, original passport valid for more than 6 month and copies of data page, round-trip ticket and hotel booking. You can submit your application to the consulate in Houston either in person or by someone entrusted. The regular processing takes 4 working days.0
