Where do I send my application? To which address?

Can I just go directly to the office or I have to call and make an appointment first?

Hi, appointment is not required, you can submit your application directly to Visa section:
Office Hours:9 a.m-11:30 a.m (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

Should the application form filled out on the computer?

Is it true that handwritten forms are no longer accepted?

No, you can still download the form then fill by hand. But it is true that embassies in some countries do not accept handwritten forms.
