Parcel from china..RC209863202CN

Hi there... I have ordered an item from china few days back & seller has told me that he has already posted the item, also provided me with tracking number which is RC209863202CN but it doesn't seem working to me at any tracking platform. Can anyone please help. I dont wanna get ripped off once again as i already got once before. Please if anyone can find the info that will be really helpful. Cheers!!! Thanks in advance...
