i am friendly, hard worker / knows more than all / helpful to other but I still didn't get promoted for over 10 yrs while new workers get promoted in few years . Talked to my supervisor who doesnt work here with me in another state / she said even u work hard doesn't mean u get promoted. My frenz were stunned when they heard that. I guess I'm unlucky sign / maybe shouldn't work more that my work level is .

Probably. You should know that whether it is because of the relationships with other colleagues that you cannot get promotion for so many year. This year, you are advised to get along well with all your coworkers and finish your work efficiently to show your leader that you are capable of being a leader.
