About:China Postal Service

My parcel tracking number is RC477865035CN. It stays in China since 2013.12.18 ,What the matter?

I wonder if somebody can help me or explain the problem, thanks.

Your parcel never left Shanghai. You should call your sender and ask what happened to your parcel.
