Is there a high speed train from Taoyuan county or Taipei to Hualien?

I suggest you take bus no. 1819 to travel from the airport to Taipei Railway Station and then transfer to a train to Hualien directly!There is high-speed train service from Taoyuan to Taipei, but none directly to Hualien!
