Yes, it is possible. But there is only one direct long-distance bus for he trip, leaving SX Passenger Transportation Central Station at 09:40. The bus fare is CNY154 per person.

If you cannot catch the bus, I suggest you take a high-speed train at SX North Station to Hefei first. Then transfer to another train to Anqing directly!
