i visited china(canton fair ) in apr 2013now i intend visiting again in may 14.

Question

1. how should I process my visa application now2. do I need fresh police verification3. do I need to visit embassy for my visa application submission or else I need to send through courier.

You need to submit your application to Chinese embassy, police verification is not required this time, but invitation letter from China is required. Mail application is not accepted. So you can either apply in person or by someone else or a travel agency entrusted.
