I am born on 30 dec 1974 how is my career life this year?is it advisable to shift my current job?

my wife is born on 22 june 1983 & our daughter on 25 aug 2006. i am having much stress in my company where i have completed my 19 years. will there be a good increment or will there is any chance of promotions. am getting offers from other companies.is it advisable to shift my current job. kindly advice.many thanks in advance.
