About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Karachi to Guangzhou via HK

I am planning to visit guangzhou next month. Will be flying from Karachi via cathay pacific with few hours transit in HK. Do I still need a transit visa even if I stay in airport?

Yes, you need to apply for it in advance even if you will stay in the airport during stopover.
