My tracking number is RA571593950CN and I have not received my parcel yet, how to deal with it?

In the status I am getting below:

The latest status shown as "2014-04-09 10:53, INDIA, DIMC NEW DELHI 110002, Receive item at office of exchange (Otb), Surface" and it already reached in your country. You may still need to wait for several days.
