Tailors in Guangzhou

I'm looking for reasonably priced tailors in GZ. I need to have about 20 designer skirts made. If you have someone that you could recommend it would be greatly appreciated.

As I know, in the 2F of Haiyin Clothes Market, Dashatou, you can find several good tailors, so you are advised to go there to have a look and choose one on your own.
