About:China Postal Service

My package in china post number RB223177854CN says it was sent to the airport 3/18/2014

Does that mean it is in my country already?

The status just indicates your parcel left PRC and is on the way. But it's hard to tell whether your parcel is in the USA. Usually, it takes 13 to 18 days to send a parcel from PRC to USA. So I think you need to wait for another week.
