Purchased Hongqiao-Ningbo train ticket online. Where are ticket offices and how much time do I need?

I purchased my Hongqiao to Ningo G-train ticket online. I need to collect my ticket and catch the 11:00am train on Tuesday. From the taxi drop-off, where do I go to collect my ticket from a manned ticket office? Where do I wait? Is there a security check/baggage inspection? Given all the answers to my questions above, what time should I arrive by taxi at the station? Thank you.
