I am a snake and my earth element is fire; my boyfriend is a rat. We started a constructions business together.

Rat and snake are ok. You both are pratical. You clearly know what you should do. You also know each other's needs, advantanges and disadvantages. As a result, you know how to maintain a good relationship with each other.
