She has to apply for a Hong Kong visa in advance. There are two ways: You can apply one from the Chinese embassy in your country. If the embassy issues the visa, she can acquire it in four working days. If her application needs to be handled by the HK Immigration Department, she will wait for at least four weeks. Second, she can apply for it from the HK Immigration Department directly. It takes at least four weeks if she chooses the second option.0
