The local Qingzhen Wang Fu (清真王府) on Qiyang Food Street. If u cannot tell the directions, you can ask the local people to find it, since I provide you the Chinese address.
This is the best halal food restaurant.
I did not know or even find a Indian restaurant in that city.

There are many halal restaurants in linyi, Chinese Muslim population is high in here, also decos (same like kfc,macd,) provides halal

I am not clear about the exact numbers of the mosques, but the major ones are Nanbeidao Mosque, Tancheng Matou Mosque, Ddiantou Mosque in Linshu and Xituan Mosque.
