How's this for a 6Day/5Night Hong Kong / Macau Trip..?

Kindly comment/suggest for a more enjoyable trip for a family of 3 Adult + 1 Child (10 yrs)
Day 1 (Jun 8 Sunday 1PM): Arrival, Royal Plaza or The Wharney Guang Ding Hotel, Walking Tour ，visit 黄大仙庙，Avenue Of Star and shop at night market 女人街 or temple street.
Day 2 (Jun 9, Monday AM/PM): The peak ,Madame Tussauds ，after lunch Ocean Park ,Aberdeen (Dinner)
(dinner), (and the Peak if there is still time)
Day 3 (Jun 10, Tuesday AM/PM):Morning shopping in HK, Afternoon to Macau Check in Metropark Hotel ..
Day 4 (Jun 11, Wednesday AM/PM): Visit at Macau.
Day 5 (Jun 12, Thursday AM/PM): Morning check out hotel back to HK and direct to Lantau Island..Afternoon Ngong Ping 360 ( Po Lin Monastery and Giant Buddha),
Day 6 (Jun 13, Friday AM/PM):Breakfast then proceed to HK Disneyland until Depart Hong Kong at 8pm flight..

Beside that i would like know Royal Plaza and The Wharney Guang Dong Hotel, which is more convenience.. ?
In Disneyland , which Hotel is better ? Disneyland Hotel or Hollywood Hotel.
Any Comment for Disneyland Hotel Character Breakfast , what is so special ?
