which r the best way to get victoria peak from garden road terminus in HK?

Taxi or tram? cost? how many person for a taxi??

I think the station you mention is just the Garden Road Station, where the Peak Tram Station.
If so, you just take the Peak Tram Station to reach the top of the peak.

For the Peak Tram, the fare is around 28HKD for a single ticket only, excluding the sightseeing attractions on the top of the peak. It is suggested to package tickets. I did not try a taxi, so i am not very clear.
