I'm not receiving my parcel until now... It's nearly a month that I've been waiting for...

Your parcel left Guangzhou on Mar. 5. It shouldn't taken so long because Brunei is not far from PRC. Did you visit or call the post office to confirm the arrival of your parcel? If not, you may contact them and see if your package has arrived.

Yes, I have call the post office regarding my parcel and they told me that my parcel are not yet arrive... And mim wondering why is my parcel takes so long to arrive to me since it's already left the airport on march 5th
