About:China Postal Service

this is my tracking number RC412779301CN

i have ordered my goods from china since December 2013 until today i have not got them. When i track it tells me it it in Beaverton location 10010200 what does it mean. If i call my sender she tell me i should check with the post office. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT DO I DO

The parcel has been delivered to the recipient on 15/FEB at Beaverton postal office. If you haven't received the item and don't live there, it means that the seller either provided you with a false tracking number from the getgo, or that the seller wrote the wrong address on the parcel.
