how do we go from regal riverside to disneyland via mtr system

we are couple with an infant and a 10 yr old

You can go to the Sha Tin Station to take the East Rail Line to reach Kowloon Tung Station where you can change to the Prince Edward Station. From Prince Edward Station, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to get to the Lai King Station. From Lai King Station, you can take the Tung Chung Line to reach Sunny Bay Station, where you can take the Disneyland Resort Line to reach Disneyland directly.
